Frequently Asked Questions

All you need is your pet and maybe a few essentials! 

• Your pets' favourite treats and/or toy
• A leash and harness
• Poop bags
• Water

Perfectly fine! Most of our photos were taken with dogs on leash! It can be easily removed during the editing process.

We do ask that if you don't want a harness or muzzle  in a photo to remove those, however. 

We operate in downtown Dartmouth and Downtown Halifax. 

As of right now we do not own a vehicle so we are limited to these locations. 

Definitely! 

Just let us know in advance so we can book you in for a bit of a longer time slot and make arrangements to find a quieter location for our session. Our photographer will also shoot with a longer lens if your pup isn't comfortable with her being close! 

We specialize in pet photography, so our Photographer can't promise the best photos in the world when the owner wants to sneak in to a photo (instructing people on how to pose has never been one of her better skills), but if you're comfortable being on the other end of the lens you are more than welcome to join in and get some pictures with your fur baby! 

Action photos are some of the best photos we get of our pets! We use fast shutter speeds and creative timing to capture the magic in motion. Those mid-run, mid-leap, mid-zoomy moments often become our clients favourites (and our photographer loves to send some "bloopers" along with your edits because they are just too funny to keep to herself!).

It's completely up to you and what your budget looks like! 

If you need a little help deciding what these sessions are worth we would value them at about $400 if we were to charge a set fee, but of course this is not what we expect! Past clients have paid us anywhere from $20.00 to $200.00 for a session, but if $5.00 is all you can afford that is perfectly fine! We aren't offended if you can't offer much! We're just happy to be able to give people who are struggling a luxury that they normally would not be able to even consider!
